EarthBound is a private community that focuses on tools, techniques and practices that create stabilisation and support for walking here on Earth.
We practice Yoga, Breath-work, Meditation , Detoxification & Purification to strengthen the Earth Body (Annamaya Kosha).

Why is this so important?
The physical realm can be beautiful and brutal. Spirituality in todays world has become a fashion and a feeding ground for delusion of the ego.
EarthBound has been designed to remove the confusion and hurdles that get keep you away from the process of pure life force and its movement within you and around you.
The highest spiritual work you could ever do is learning that the highest realms are within you and the path to connect to that is a process of removal, not connecting externally to the fashion around you.

About the practices.
Hi I am Kelly and I am passionate about keeping the practice as traditional as possible. I teach Ha-tha Yoga. The original and oldest series within the Asana Yoga lineage. The main style of Ha-tha is a longer holds with more chance to connect to breathing.
Ha-tha translates to Sun-Moon. This describes the practice as it combines masculine & feminine energies. It works with building activity & surrender at the same time.
You will experience, a flow warm up (sun salutations), followed by longer standing poses, followed by ground poses and ending in a nurturing savasanna (rest pose).
This is suitable for all levels but more support will be needed if injury is involved and I suggest reaching out for recommendations if this is you.
About the other teachers.
Highly trained and passionate teachers will be offering a diverse selection of practices for you to receive. Each teachers shares their 1 thing that has supported them through intense experiences in their life. This allows this space to be lead not only from a place of belief & passion, but a place of authenticity and direct experience. This I stand for in all that I do!

The Mini Detox is more than a Detox. It is a way of life and a practice that teaches you how to rewire toxic self regulation patterns and reconnect to the living and breathing universe.
Before you join the Mini Detox, each person will require to do a FREE 20min Health Assessment before we start. Then, with the right fit, you have the option to join a single detox or a deep soul cleanse package. This is for those that are wanting just that, a deep soul cleanse.
