About the practices. 

 Hi I am Kelly and I am passionate about keeping the practice as traditional as possible. 

ABOUT YOGA:

I teach Ha-tha Yoga. The oldest style series within the Asana Yoga lineage.

The main style of Ha-tha is a longer holds with more chance to connect to breathing.  The main focus is to activate, purify and cleanse the energy mandala of the body and universe. We work with the Ida & Pingala (Sun-Moon) energies. 

ABOUT BREATHWORK

I teach Himalayan Kriya & Breathwork. A series of breathing techniques that focus on activation, purification and balancing on the energies centres and pathways from Mind to Body. 

I am amazed by the capacity these techniques have on the cellular wellbeing. From the basis of carbon and oxygen influence on our cellular homeostasis these practices engage in bringing these energies into balance, resulting in energised life force and smooth energy flow.

The Mini Detox is more than a Detox. It is a way of life and a practice that teaches you how to rewire toxic self regulation patterns and reconnect to the living and breathing universe.

Before you join the Mini Detox, each person will require to do a FREE 20min Health Assessment before we start. Then, with the right fit, you have the option to join a single detox or a deep soul cleanse package. This is for those that are wanting just that, a deep soul cleanse.
