About what we teach. 

Hatha: Sun-Moon Asana. 

Focuses on longer pose holds with emphasis on the breath. A combination of contraction and surrender combines the Masculine & Feminine energy. This contacts us naturally to a 3rd state of being. A state of  healing.

Himalayan Breath-Work: Pranayama & Kriya.

Various practices involving concentration and manipulation of breath to encourage, sedate, purify and balance the energy channels within the body. This directly effects digestive competency, carbon & oxygen balance resulting in detoxification of physical & non-physical symptoms.
